Request for Waste Pick-Up
To request a waste pick-up for chemicals or radioactive material, please click on the appropriate form below and complete all required information. Once the form is completed, click on the Submit Pickup button. The form will be filed electronically and a pickup will be scheduled. Contact the CRSO (9-6356) if the waste has not been collected within 5 working days.
