Comments Data from WAMI paper, rurality from census, comments by RCB

Few schools really seem to make much effort. A few shine in the most rural group such as South Dakota. Few stand out in the midwest or south where great rural needs exist. Only Wright State, Minnesota (Duluth), Mercer, Upper Peninsula Michigan, and East Carolina stand out. The most academic schools have little rural graduation. The schools with more family practice effort graduate more rural physicians.
