Physician origin is US physicians/1960 pop in counties of this category per 100000
1959 Per Capita income data by county added to data base and averaged by category
FP/GP was crosschecked data involving my data from AMA Masterfile plus AAFP data from internet plus Graham Center Masterfile data on GP docs. The ratio is about 21000 FP to 3000 GP docs in recent FP graduate studies that I did. The same correlations and relationships exist with or without GP physicians. The characteristics of origin and location are also similar Office based internal medical docs are similar as well.
