Breast Cancer Training Program

The Breast Cancer Training Program (BCTP) of the Eppley Institute for Cancer Research provides to graduate students and postdoctoral fellows the opportunity to obtain advanced training in a multidisciplinary environment while focusing on research questions relevant to the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.

The BCTP was established in 1999 as a component of the Cancer Research Training Program and is supported in part by a training grant from the Department of Defense Breast Cancer Research Program and the Susan G. Komen Foundation.  Graduate students and postdoctoral fellows participating in the BCTP will work in state-of-the-art laboratories while training under the direction of nationally and internationally recognized scientists.
