Dennis P. McNeilly, Psy. D.
Dr. Dennis McNeilly is
Associate Professor and Clinical Geropsychologist in the Department of Psychiatry
and Division of Geriatric Psychiatry at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He also serves as Associate Director of Medical Student
Education in
psychiatry.
Dr. McNeilly graduated with a doctorate in psychology from the Illinois School of
Professional Psychology and completed his internship in geropsychology at the
University of California in Los Angeles, Center on Aging.
Dr. McNeilly's research interests include problem gambling in older
adults, victimization of older adults, and the assessment and treatment of
depression in older adults. He is a nationally recognized speaker and researcher
on problem gambling among older adults, and currently serves on the board of
directors of the National Council on Problem Gambling.
