The Educational Support Office is a component of the Dean's Office of the College of
Medicine. This office touches many aspects of a medical student's education at UNMC
to include: undergraduate curriculum, evaluations of faculty, recruitment of
teaching faculty, clinical testing for all four years of the curriculum, test
analysis, and academic evaluations for all Basic Science and curriculum.

Associate Dean for Curriculum
Responsible for the undergraduate medical school curriculum.
Roxann Pierce, M.B.A.,
- Curriculum Coordinator
Oversees the administration of the Educational Support Office to include: coordination
of years one and two of the curriculum, core faculty support, Problem-Based
Learning (PBL), test analysis, and student basic science grades.
Jackie Stott, -
M1 ICE Coordinator
Responsible for assistance in the coordination of Year One Integrated Clinical Experience (ICE).
Ron Bechdolt, - M2 ICE
Coordinator
Responsible for assistance in the coordination of Year Two Integrated Clinical Experience (ICE).
Bonnie Povondra,
- Project Assistant
Provides staff support for the ESO office, and is responsible for test administration,
room scheduling, and
Fourth-year clinical testing (OSCE).
Lenny Kaczmarek, - Project Assistant
Provides support to the faculty of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) instruction
groups.
