AstraZeneca 1839 IL/0704: Methotrexate or Iressa for previously treated patients with SCC of the head and neck.

RTOG H-0129: Concurrent chemoradiation for advanced haed and neck cancer.

Introgen: Intratumoral injection of INGN (gene therapy) in conbination with chemotherapy vs chemotherapy alone in patients withrecurrent unresectable SCC of the head and neck.

RTOG 0244: Submandibular salivery gland transfer to the submental space prior to start of radiation treatment for preventio of radiation inducedxerostomia in head and neck cancer patients.

ECOG 1301: Adjuvant biologic therapy in patients with stages III/IV head and neck SCC.
