Centralized Room Scheduling

The objective of UNMC’s centralized room scheduling system is to manage scheduling functions of the various conference rooms, classrooms, auditoriums, atria and plaza space to insure that requests for use are processed in accordance to policy. This is a complex task with multiple factors involving priority of use, number of participants, use of multimedia and distance learning equipment as well as other variables. To insure accurate and timely delivery of this service, the scheduling process requires teamwork and cooperation between those requesting rooms along with the scheduling staff.

Centralized Room Scheduling will now be responsible for the scheduling of UNMC atrium and plaza space. The process and procedures have been updated. Please be sure that you read the process and criteria prior to scheduling your event.
