Regulatory basis:		45 CFR 164 (HIPAA) Titles VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988
All employees and students shall sign a Statement of Understanding at the beginning of employment/start of school and annually thereafter, documenting that they have read, understand and agree to adhere to policies on: non-discrimination, including sexual harassment; privacy, confidentiality and information security; and drug-free workplace.
