The following list details items required for submitting a complete and accurate application to the University of Nebraska Medical Center's BSRST Degree Advancement Option. Compliance with this list will speed the processing of applications.
A complete application includes:
- Completed application for admission
- $45.00 non-refundable application fee
- Official college transcripts, including your professional radiation science program
- References (3)
- Applicant resume
- Copy of current ARRT/ARDMS/CNMT certification
- Copy of valid license or certificate (RT, RTT, DMS or NMT) in the state in which you are employed if required by state (Not applicable to active duty military or federal employees)
- Signed preceptor agreement form and preceptor resume
- Disclosure statement
- Confidentiality statement
- Technology competency statement

Application Deadlines
- June 1 for fall semester enrollment (late Aug - Dec)

Applications are accepted year-round for enrollment in the Fall, Spring, or Summer semester.
Enrollment and Registration
Applicants will be notified of acceptance upon receipt and review of completed application forms, all required documentation, and official transcripts. This process takes approximately two to three weeks to complete after the application deadline. Accepted applicants will be approved for enrollment and provided with instructions and procedures for online program and course registration. Online registration typically occurs 3 weeks prior to the start of each semester.
