Canadian DLP Application Procedures - How to Apply
The Canadian Distance Learning Program has a rolling admissions process. An individual may apply at any convenient time. Upon receipt of all necessary credentials required of the applicant, a letter of acceptance into the program and a registration form is mailed to the applicant.
Upon return of the registration form and payment of the costs and fees, the student is enrolled as of the first day of the following month. All necessary materials to complete the program are mailed to the student.

The following PDF files contain application documents that can opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader and printed for completion and mailing to the Distance Learning Program office. The application cannot be submitted on-line.
