Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science
Clinical Laboratory Technicians and Medical Laboratory Technicians interested in pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science may now apply to the BSCLS Degree Advancement Option (DAO), School of Allied Health Professions, at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC).
The DAO is available through distance education technology and can be completed on a part-time basis by practicing laboratory professionals.
Applicants must be pre-approved for enrollment by the SAHP Academic and Student Affairs office. Accepted applicants must have completed a minimum of 77 semester credits hours of specific college prerequisite courses and an accredited CLT or MLT program. Technicians must be registry-eligible or certified.
