Admission to the Class of 2013 (starts May 2012) - The online application is open now with a deadline of October 15, 2011 for initial consideration. Additional applications will be considered on an individual basis until February 15, 2011.

2. Open and print the Admission Cover Sheet.
3. Open and print three copies of the Letter of Recommendation.
Each applicant must submit the University of Nebraska Medical Center online application form for the Clinicial Laboratory Science Program by the published deadline for consideration by the admissions committee. Decisions will be made in early January 2012. Matriculation will be late May 2012.
