Initial application deadline. Application & supporting materials MUST be submitted to SAHP Academic & Student Affairs by the deadline including Official Transcripts, Letters of Recommendation, SAHP Recommendation Waiver Form and SAHP Prerequisite Course Information Sheet.
October - November
Interview Notification & Interview Session. You will be contacted by SAHP Academic & Student Affairs about 2 weeks prior to your designated interview date if you have been selected for an interview. Interviews consist of program overview, individual interview with admissions committee members and written exercise. Below are dates when interviews will be offered. Be prepared to attend any date listed below as dates are assigned.

Notification letters sent to all applicants.
