Admission to the Class of 2011 - On-line application will open October 1, 2009 with a deadline of November 15, 2009. Each applicant must submit the University of Nebraska Medical Center online application form for the Clinicial Laboratory Science Program by published deadline for consideration by admissions committee. Decisions will be made late December 2009 to early January 2010. Matriculation will be late May 2010.
A completed application file requires:
- Submission of On-line Application form
- Receipt of College transcript(s) from each school attended, High School transcript and ACT score*. (ACT scores can either be found on high school transcript or by ordering from ACT website)
- References / Letters of Recommendation - 3 letters from academic and personal references (should include chemistry & biology professors and work reference)
- Written Personal Statement (500 words)
