^    Miscellaneous fees may include: Library, technology, course, lab, TB Test, and graduation fees.

  *    Fund B fees based on full-time student rate. Options exist for spouses and children at a higher rate.

**     Clinical Perfusion Program students must have health insurance throughout their enrollment in the program. This requirement can be met by purchasing a University-endorsed plan, or the student can provide evidence of comparable coverage through spouse’s, employer’s, parents', or personal plan, in which case the fee is waived.

Additional variable costs include required attendance at professional meetings and clinical education affiliations (including travel and room and board costs). Information about housing both on and off campus may be found at the student services housing website. Housing and living expenses are not included in the estimated tuition and related expenses above. See the financial aid office for details on living allowances.

NOTE: Travel and living expenses during the clinical rotations should be anticipated. The amount of these expenses will vary depending on individual student schedules.
