Tuition and Fees
Educational Costs (approximate):
A $70 non-refundable fee is required for processing the application materials. The following expenses for the Clinical Perfusion Science Program students are estimates only. They will vary depending on specific housing arrangements, transportation, and availability of alternate health insurance, and are based on the 2011-2012 tuition rates and fees established by the Board of Regents.
Tuition:
Students pay tuition based on 78 semester hours for the 21 month program. They pay current University of Nebraska Medical Center tuition and fees based on their residency.
• Resident Tuition = $274.75/credit hour x 78 credit hours $21,430.50
• Non-resident Tuition = $741 x 78 hours $57,798.00
Fees (approximate):
• Student Insurance* = $930
• Approximate fees per semester = 890
• Textbooks & Manuals = $1,000.00
Housing and Living Costs:
Students are responsible for making housing arrangementsfor residence in Omaha and covering costs of their clinical rotation phases of the program. Information may be available on local housing prior to the start of the program. See the Financial Aid Office for details on living allowances.
Financial Assistance:
Clinical Perfusion Science Program students are considered full-time students and, therefore, are eligible for guarantee loans and for deferment of student loans during the program. After you have been accepted into the program, you will be sent a Financial Aid packet and the Financial Aid office will be able to assist you.
