Accreditation for Cytotechnology

The UNMC Cytotechnology Program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) on recommendation of the Cytotechnology Programs Review Committee (CPRC) of the American Society of Cytopathology (ASC). The 12 month program leads to a post-baccalaureate certificate in Cytotechnology and eligibility for national certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
