Tuition and Fees for Nuclear Medicine Technology

Educational Costs (approximate): A $70 non-refundable fee is required for processing the application materials. The following expenses are estimates only. They will vary depending on specific housing arrangements, transportation, and availability of alternate health insurance.

Insurance: Students are classified as full-time students must have health and accident insurance. This requirement can be met by purchasing a University endorsed plan or by providing evidence of comparable coverage through parents, spouse, or personal plan.

Housing and Living Costs: Students are responsible for making housing arrangements. Off-campus apartments are available within walking distance or throughout the Omaha metropolitan area. Student parking is available on campus. For financial aid purposes, living expenses (rent, food, transportation, other) are estimated at $1400 per month. Financial Aid: The University of Nebraska Medical Center has financial aid programs to assist students with unmet financial need. The programs operate on the premise that students and parents have a responsibility to meet as much of the educational and related costs as possible. The Office of Financial Aid is prepared to supplement family contributions from it aid sources when students qualify for financial aid. Additionally, the Office of Financial Aid counselors are prepared to assist students in obtaining financial aid from outside sources. It is very important for prospective students to make sure all financial planning arrangements are complete prior to entering the program.
