As part of the accreditation process, the Physical Therapy Program is encouraged to provide a method by which the general public and academic community can file a formal written complaint regarding any aspect of the program or the conduct of one of its faculty/students.
Individuals wishing to voice a complaint or a concern regarding the Division of Physical Therapy Education or its faculty and staff may do so by contacting the Program Director or the Director of Clinical Education at (402) 559-4259.
Individuals wishing to file a formal complaint may submit it to the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
