Welcome to the Radiation Therapy Program at UNMC!
The Radiation Therapy Program is part of the Division of Radiation Science Technology Education in the school of Allied Health Professions. The 12 month program is offered to anyone who is certified in radiography and has completed the 35 hours of specified college prerequisites.
The curriculum consist of lectures, demonstrations, labs, and supervised clinical instruction. A comprehensive knowledge base and clinical competency is achieved through a plan of study that focuses on increasing proficiency under the guidance of qualified faculty and staff. 
A Bachelor Degree in Radiation Science Technology is awarded upon completion of the program and graduates are eligible to apply for the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification exam.
