2. Open and print the Admission Cover Sheet.
3. Open and print three copies of the Letter of Recommendation.
Each applicant must submit the University of Nebraska Medical Center online application form for the CVIT Program. The Admissions Committee for the CVIT program shall consider each applicant who has completed the on-line application form by the published deadline.
The online application for the 2012-2013 academic year is available. Included in the online application will be letters of recommendation, so begin thinking about who your recommenders will be. Interviews will be offered to a limited number of qualified applicants before acceptance is offered. Enrollment is limited; consequently, not all candidates are accepted.
