Class Gifts

You Can Make a Difference with a Gift to Your Class Fund

Over the past 25 years, honor classes have commemorated their College of Medicine reunion by creating class gifts that benefit the College of Medicine at UNMC.  These gifts recognize the commitment the College of Medicine made to each student and creates an opportunity for them to give back to the school that provided outstanding medical education.

Class of 1988

There are 61 College of Medicine class funds in existence that provide support in the area of student scholarships, faculty support, technology, and resources such as the library.  There have been over 1,400 donors to class funds totaling over $2.7 million dollars.  These class gifts are a symbol of loyalty to the College of Medicine and this tradition of giving supports the next generation of medical students and positively impacts the lives of aspiring physicians, just as the generations before.
