Looking for a place convenient to the UNMC campus that would be perfect for your department retreat, reception, holiday party or a meeting? Consider the UNMC Alumni House located at 510 S. 38th Ave. Located on the east side of the UNMC campus, the first floor of this casually elegant, century-old home can accommodate most kinds of functions in a private and comfortable atmosphere.
Anyone who is a UNMC alumnus, faculty, staff member or student may use the house for University events or private affairs for a nominal charge. Up to 75 people can be accommodated for a stand-up reception while 35 can be seated for a sit-down affair. Parking is available on the street, in the driveway and in parking lot No. 15. An entrance to the house from parking lot No. 15 is accessible for people who use wheelchairs. Special parking arrangements for daytime functions can be made. |
