Postdoctoral Scholars: Newly graduated M.D. and/or Ph.D. scientists will perform 1 to 3 years of research projects supported by a principal investigator at UNMC.

Visiting Scholars: Other graduated M.D. and/or Ph.D. scientists will perform 1 to 2 years of research projects supported by a principal investigator at UNMC.

As a potential postdoctoral scholar or visiting scholars, you must:

Once you find an investigator, you must initiate contact with him/her to begin the application process.
  3. Contact your prospective supervisor at UNMC for their acceptance;
  4. Receive a conditional offer letter from your prospective supervisor;
  5. Provide a UNMC conditional offer letter to the Chinese institution and CSC;
  6. Apply to CSC for final approval.
