- Cattlemen’s Ball of Nebraska -held the first weekend in June on a different ranch or feedlot, this annual event reaches Nebraska’s rural population. The Cattlemen’s Ball showcases rural Nebraska, promotes beef as part of a healthy diet, and raises money for cancer research:
