Following a decade of training more than 200 faculty with the Administrative Colloquium, a fresh approach for leadership development is offered to UNMC faculty through the newly designed Interprofessional Leadership for Excellence and Academic Development (iLEAD). 

iLEAD meets monthly for one academic year with attendance at ALL meetings mandatory.  The next iLEAD program will begin in fall of 2013.  Application period will be announced in spring of 2013.
