The Faculty Development program at UNMC aims to foster the retention of a diverse, highly qualified faculty, who have attractive opportunities to continuously enhance their teaching, research, service, and abilities.

iLEAD brochure

Interprofessional Leadership for Excellence and Academic Development 
Following a decade of training more than 200 faculty with the Administrative Colloquium (see list of previous participants), a fresh approach for leadership development is offered to UNMC faculty through the newly designed Interprofessional Leadership for Excellence and Academic Development (iLEAD).  For more information about the iLEAD, contact any member of the interprofessional planning team.

FACULTY DEVELOPMENT LECTURE SERIES
Contemporary issues related to the education of health professionals are explored in an interprofessional forum for the enhancement of teaching, research, service, and administrative roles of UNMC faculty.

Pre-registration for each activity is required.  As part of UNMC's commitment to excellence in its workforce, there is no fee to attend these activities.
