Participant Registration Fee

The registration fee to attend this conference includes five days of scientific sessions, continental breakfasts, the welcome reception on Tuesday, conference dinner on Thursday, corporate mini symposiums and continuing education credit.

Accompanying Guest Fee

For an additional fee of $150 per person*, accompanying guests may join conference registrants for the following food functions:

  • Welcome reception on Tuesday, June 23, 2009
  • Conference dinner on Thursday, June 25, 2009
  • Continental breakfasts as part of the conference from Monday through Friday, June 22-26, 2009

Please note, nametags will be issued and required at these conference food functions.

 

Payment must accompany each conference registration and can be made by check, money order, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

 

*Applies to accompanying guests over the age of 12.

 

 


 

 

Cancellation Policy

If an emergency arises and you need to cancel your conference registration, a refund of your registration fee, less $125 for processing will be issued until May 22, 2009. No refunds will be issued after this date. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing by mail, email or fax to the UNMC Center for Continuing Education.
