Accepted Abstracts/Poster Presentations

 

Individuals who submitted an abstract that has been accepted for presentation at the conference may set up their poster on Monday, June 22, 2009 beginning at 7:00 AM.  All posters must be on display by 12:00 Noon on Monday and left up for the duration of the conference.  Poster viewing will take

place during the breaks each day.  Presenters are expected to be by their poster to answer questions from the conference participants.

 

The conference will provide a 4’ high by 8’ wide board for use in displaying posters. Presenters are expected to bring their own materials (tacks, pins, etc.) to mount their posters.

 

Posters will need to be taken down at the conclusion of the conference on Friday.
