When making your reservation, please be sure to identify yourself with the UNMC Pan Pacific Lymphoma Conference. Telephone reservations can be made by calling (808) 885-2000 or our Global Reservations Center at (800) 441-1414. Or, you can fax the completed Reservation Request Form to (808) 885-1064. You must enclose a check, money order, or guarantee with a major credit card covering one night's stay. This deposit will serve to confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated, and upon check-in, shall be applied to the first night’s stay. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable. Also, please note that all credit card deposits will be charged upon receipt of the form.

The UNMC Pan Pacific Lymphoma Conference block is from June 19-28, 2009 and the group rates are available on a first come first serve basis until May 23, 2009. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation of individual reservations made by 4:00 pm (Hawaii time) on June 8, 2009 will be accepted. However, the initial one night’s stay deposit is non-refundable.
