The CTR-Mentored Scholars Program is specifically designed for faculty who wish to expand their expertise into the realm of clinical or translational research. This K12 program uses the Triadic Model of Mentoring to prepare scholars to launch a career in clinical and translational research. In addition to the K12 CTR-Mentored Scholars Program, mentoring opportunities are available through UNeMED, the technology transfer unit at UNMC, and a number of the NU system IDeA (INBRe) and CoBRE programs.
