INBRE – the next generation of Nebraska researchers
The goal of the Nebraska Institutional Development Awards Networks of Biomedical Research Excellence program is to recruit students to Ph.D. programs and encourage their development in the biomedical field. Scholars, working with various mentors and scientists have on-going opportunities to learn and grow their research expertise.

NU PATHS – Nebraska university students get pre-admission to UNMC
The Nebraska University Pre-Admission to Health Science program allows students to apply, and if accepted, get guaranteed admission to a UNMC program and a full scholarship.

The program is designed to recruit students who have a special interest in practicing in medically underserved urban areas. The application deadline is February 1.

Continuing Education
Professional development for health care professionals is available through the Center for Continuing Education and via The Nebraska Telehealth Network.
