About the Speaker:
Janette Delinger, RDH, BSDH, has been a practicing dental hygienist since 1983, with the last
15 years in the same office. She received her degree from Wichita State University and is currently a graduate student at UMKC School of Dentistry.
Since 1998, Janette has been active with the Kansas Dental Hygienists’ Association (KDHA) where she has served in many roles including President, Delegate and Legislative Chair. She has also been the editor of the KDHA Hy-Line Newsletter and managed the Association website.
Currently, she is the Manager, Midwest Professional Education for Philips Sonicare and practices clinical dental hygiene part-time. Due to her active role in dental related activities, she was selected to participate in the first class of the Oral Health Kansas Dental Champion Leadership Program in 2005. She is a member of ADHA, ADEA and Sigma Phi Alpha. In her spare time, she enjoys time with her family, friends, her 3 cats and really loves to travel!
Course Description
Utilizing a customized care approach will distinguish your practice from others and generate practice growth. This method integrates esthetic/restorative and periodontal therapy and provides a practical approach to protecting the dentistry in which you and your patients have invested. Gain alignment between dentists and staff.
Revive your hygiene department and transition from frustrating prophies to customized periodontal therapy and improve your esthetic/restorative treatment outcomes through the dental hygiene department. This practical “how-to” program will detail ideal patient assessments, insurance codes, customized integrated treatment plans and high impact communication. Promote a healthy practice by enrolling your patients in a customized care plan.
