LB 605 and College of Dentistry Renovations
Legislative Bill 605 was approved by the Nebraska Legislature and then signed by Governor Dave Heineman on April 11, 2006. With the help of LB 605 financial support the College of Dentistry is embarking on the largest renovation project in the 41-year history of the building. A total of $8.9M will be invested to improve the aging infrastructure of the building and to modernize preclinical and clinical areas. The renovations began in late 2007, and completion is anticipated in late 2010.
