Faculty Practice: | University Dental Associates (UDA) | Head & Neck Diagnostic Services

Quality patient care programs are fully integrated into the College of Dentistry’s mission of education, research, and public service. Dental and dental hygiene students, and post-graduate residents diagnose and treat children, adolescents, and adults and in all dental specialties. In addition, faculty members who are members of the University Dental Associates practice their profession in the Advanced Clinical Practice area in the College of Dentistry building. Faculty members diagnose and treat patients of all ages, providing care in the areas of cosmetic and restorative dentistry, endodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, prosthodontics, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, radiology, and oral pathology/oral medicine.

Patients can choose to receive care at three levels within the UNMC College of Dentistry: 1) student (dental and dental hygiene students), 2) postgraduate resident (dentists who are in advanced dental education programs), and 3) faculty providers.
