Academic Services

The Office of Academic Services manages recruitment and appointment of: academic-administrative faculty and other academic positions which include; postdoctoral research associates, postdoctoral fellows, research associates, and research assistant personnel; and volunteer faculty appointments.  The office processes separations, new appointments, leaves of absence, adjustments in salaries, FTE, titles, retirements, promotion and tenure actions, etc.

Additionally, it manages requests for supplemental compensation agreements, permission to engage in professional activity outside the University, and submission of most Board of Regents Agenda items.
