The Diversity Lectures and Cultural Arts Series presents engaging discussions on diversity and health care topics and performances (music, dance, spoken) which highlight the distinct cultures on our campus. All of the activities culminate in Culture fest - the annual celebration of food, fun and exhibits which represent the uniqueness of our employees.
Each year, the Rubens J. Pamies, M.D. Award for Diversity recognizes a group or individual whose efforts of inclusion and cultural competence are explemplary.
