A group of faculty and staff from each of UNMC's colleges work together on the Chancellor's Diversity Advisory Council. The group's goal is research and recommend initiatives and programs to support cultural competency and inclusion at UNMC.
Several subcommittees review ideas in a variety of areas:
- Community engagement
- Research and education
- Strategic enrollment management
- Strategic recruitment, hiring and retention
