Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP)
We can perform chromatin immunoprecipitation analysis of histone modifications and other DNA-protein interactions. Chromatin positions can then be determined using quantitative PCR or high throughput sequencing analysis.
Gene Expression Analysis (QPCR)
We can perform real-time quantitative PCR gene expression analysis using methods involving SYBR green intercalation or primer/probe analysis. We will design and thoroughly test primers and probes using analysis of primer efficiency, melt curves and gel electrophoresis imaging.
