To request a waste pick-up for chemicals or radioactive material, please click on the appropriate form and complete all required information. Please see the Chemical Disposal Fact Sheet for additional information.
- Once the form is completed, click on the Submit Pick-up button.
- The form will be filed electronically and a pick up will be scheduled.
- Please allow 5 working days from date of submission for items to be collected.
