CASE DESCRIPTION:

Approximately 60 year-old male brought to University ED by Omaha Fire found down last month (2/2004) with Vodka bottle lying nearby.  Noted to be very combative by EMS personnel with GCS 9, BP 132/palp, P 80, RR 24, and blood glucose 111.
