Dr. Ronald Kirschner began at UNMC in March 2009. After EM residency at Jacobi/Albert Einstein (Bronx NY) he joined the faculty of the Baystate Medical Center EM residency program (Springfield, MA). He eventually went back to school for a toxicology fellowship at the Pennsylvania State University program (Harrisburg PA) from 2005-2007, then spent a year practicing emergency medicine and toxicology at Scott & White Medical Center (Temple, TX) before coming to Omaha. He is currently the Medical Director of the Nebraska Regional Poison Center.
