Conference Rooms

The small section of the ballroom can be converted into three conference rooms. Each of the conference rooms has a granite counter for beverages or small amounts of food. The occupancy for each room must not exceed 49 people. Seating capacities will vary based on room arrangement, meal requirements and your audiovisual needs. Rooms can be equipped with a podium, computer, microphone and LCD projector at your request for an additional fee. Please discuss with the Campus Events Coordinator a room arrangement that will best fit your need.
