Located on the first floor, the Events Center Foyer is a public space and can be reserved only after 4:00 p.m. weekdays. The standard set up includes 8 tall cocktail tables with 2 tall chairs at each table. Additional tables may be set up for registration, beverages, coat check, etc.
The Linder Reading Room is to be used for receptions only; audiovisual equipment is not to be brought into the room and the furniture will not be rearranged. Tall cocktail tables may be brought in for additional table space for receptions. The room as a large granite counter to for serving food/beverages. A small kitchen is attached to this space.
The Alumni Commons area is a public space and can be reserved only after 4:00 p.m. weekdays.
Conference Room Capacities
Each of the conference rooms has a granite counter for beverages or small amounts of food. The occupancy for each room must not exceed 49 people. Seating capacities will vary based room arrangement, meal requirements and your audiovisual needs. Rooms will be equipped with a podium, computer, microphone, LCD projector at your request for an additional fee. Please discuss with the Campus Events Coordinator a room arrangement that will best fit your need. Some examples are:
