Next Generation Sequencing

The UNMC Next Generation Sequencing Core Facility operates a state-of-the-art Illumina HiSeq 2000 sequence analyzer and is designed to provide Next Generation Sequencing services for academic researchers at UNMC and the State of Nebraska. The facility is administered through the department of Genetics, Cell Biology and Anatomy.
