The UNMC High-Throughput DNA Sequencing and Genotyping Core Facility is a Nebraska Research Initiative (NRI) funded facility designed to provide high-quality, rapid turn-around, cost competitive DNA sequencing and genotyping services for academic researchers at UNMC and the State of Nebraska. The facility is administered through the department of Genetics, Cell Biology and Anatomy and operates a state-of-the-art Applied Biosystems (ABI) 3730 48-capillary electrophoresis DNA analyzer.
