Microarray CGH (mCGH)

Test Includes:

Microarray comparative genomic analysis of entire genome with 1 MB resolution.

Indications:

Clinician discretion - generally mental retardation, developmental delays or other anomalies with unknown etiology.

Sample Requirements:

1-3 mm or more tissue collected under sterile conditions.

Shipping Requirements:

Place in tissue culture media provided by HGL. Transport at room temperature. Deliver ASAP with a completed Cytogenetics & Molecular Cytogenetics Requisition form. Notify HGL by calling (402) 559-5070 when specimen is being shipped.
