Interphase FISH

Test Includes:

Targeted FISH analysis, dependent on differential diagnosis of type of lymphoma

Indications:

Possible lymphoma (NHL or Hodgkin Disease). Refer to Hematology/Oncology FISH Panels.

Sample Requirements:

> 5mm³ tumor biopsy (size of new pencil eraser) collected under sterile conditions.

Shipping Requirements:

Place in tissue culture media provided by HGL. Transport at room temperature. Deliver ASAP with a completed Cytogenetics & Molecular Cytogenetics Requisition form. Notify HGL by calling (402) 559-5070 when specimen is being shipped.
