Indications:

Advanced maternal age (age $35), abnormal prenatal screen, ultrasound findings, parental chromosome translocation, and other fetal risks for genetic disease

Sample Requirements:

15 - 20 ml of amniotic fluid in 2 sterile tubes

Shipping Requirements:

Transport at room temperature. Deliver ASAP with a completed Cytogenetics & Molecular Cytogenetics Requisition form. Notify HGL by calling (402) 559-5070 when specimen is being shipped.
