Fitness Equipment & Classes
Keiser Strength Training Equipment
- The resistance in the strength equipment is controlled by air pneumatics allowing for consistent variable resistance throughout the whole range of motion. This eliminates the pull of gravity, which is common with typical weight stack resistance machines and can be harmful to joints.
- Ability to change resistance at anytime with fingertip control
- Resistance is changeable with 1 lb increments which are different than the typical 5 or 10 lbs found in weight stack machines.
- Each piece of equipment includes a large digital display that also counts repetitions.
Nu-Step Recumbent Cross Trainers
- Offers a smooth stepping motion without the impact
- 360 degree swivel seat
- Add-on accessories support users with special considerations such as stroke, arthritis, obesity, spinal cord injuries, Parkinson’s, etc.
