Keiser Strength Training Equipment
- The resistance in the strength equipment is controlled by air allowing for consistent resistance throughout the whole range of motion. This eliminates the pull of gravity which can be harmful to joints.
- Ability to change resistance at anytime with fingertip control - safe and easy to use!
- Resistance is changeable with 1 lb increments.
- Each piece of equipment includes a large digital display that shows amount of resistance & counts repetitions.

Vigor, Tone and Mightier Bone
Offered: Weekly - Mon, Wed, & Fri 10:00am, Tu & Th 1:00pm

Description: This class will incorporate strength training using dumbbells & resistance bands. Participants may experience increases in flexibility, strength, endurance, agility, & balance.
Beginner T'ai Chi Moving for Better Balance
Offered: Weekly - Tu & Th 11:15am
Description: This class is ideal for those who are new to T'ai Chi. Participants will slowly be introduced to the T'ai Chi Moving for Better Balance forms that emphasize weight shifting, postural alignment, & coordinated movements.
T'ai Chi Moving for Better Balance
Offered: Weekly - Mon, Wed, & Fri 9:00am
Description: This class is ideal for those who are familiar with the Moving for Better Balance T'ai Chi forms, or have participated in the beginner class. It's an evidence-based fall prevention class that involves a set of simple, continuous, rhythmic, and functional T'ai Chi forms that emphasize weight shifting, postural alignment, & coordinated movements.
Stretching for the Stars
Offered: Weekly - Tu & Th 10:30am
Description: This class will incorporate slow & rhythmic movements to stretch most major muscle groups, which may improve flexibility.
Offered: Weekly - Mon & Wed 11:15am
Description: This class is ideal for those who love to move to music! It incorporates easy-to-follow line dances & routines. Dancing can help improve coordination & act as a great cardiovascular workout!
